We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use App MagicWand on Apple devices you own or control.

2. Intended Use

App MagicWand is designed for parental and guardian app access management scenarios such as school routines, family schedules, and bedtime restrictions.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal behavior are presented in-app and managed through your Apple account settings.

4. Apple Standard EULA

Unless otherwise specified, usage of this app is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
